What is dramatic improv? It is improv in its purest form. Can it be sad? Yes. Can it be intense? Without a doubt. Can it be funny? Of course!
In this four-week Dramatic Improv course, students will receive instruction and guided feedback as they examine and work through the following:
+The basics of long-form improv
+Learning understood story structure and plot arc
+Opening up to honest emotions and interactions
+Recognizing dramatic moments
+Learning what dramatic moments represent and how to use them to raise the stakes

(If prospective students are unsure if their level of experience is right for this course, contact us! We're happy to discuss.)
