Every love story is unique. Valentine’s Day is a night to share those stories. Mike, Shannon, and Bander are here to deliver an improvised musical about your love! When your eyes first locked, your first date, that one fight that almost tore you apart, even the time your jealous ex showed up at your door. Join us as we interview one couple and bring their story to life with songs. Bring your date for a night of completely unplanned entertainment with three musical improv veterans.

Jon Bander is a Character and Sketch teacher at UCB, and a current/former member of Betty night/Characters Welcome. Jon has also performed at Montreal’s Just For Laughs Festival and worked for The Second City aboard Norwegian Cruise Lines. Otherwise, he performs/teaches standup, musical improv, sketch, and characters nationwide. TV credits: MAX’s Search Party, Netflix’s Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Master Of None, and The Characters. Most people call him Bander – you can too!

Shannon Krowicki is an actor, singer, and comedian based in NYC. She currently performs on Magnet Theater’s musical improv house team: Secret, Secret! Shannon also performs with EMPIRE, a "super group" featuring NYC’s best veteran musical improvisers. As an actor, her performance highlight credits include many off-Broadway and regional theater productions, local commercials and TV/Film, most notably: Nickelodeon, The History Channel, Starz!, Amazon, and the Investigation Discovery Channel. 

Mike is a comedian, actor, singer and writer who calls Columbus home. He spent over a 10 years performing in NYC at the Magnet Theater,  People’s Improv Theatre, Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre.  He has performed locally at Hashtag, The Nest, and Natalie’s. Mike has had the pleasure of studying improv with the likes of Frank Spitznagel, Will Hines, Gil Ozeri, Chris Gethard, Amey Goerlich, Jordan Klepper, Bobby Moynihan, and more.

Five years ago, Destin Richardson assembled a bunch of Comics to dress up in bad costumes and roast a pop culture icon for the first time (in his career, he isn’t claiming to have invented character roast) and to celebrate we are doing a reboot the show that started it all… THE ROAST OF BATMAN!!

While mostly drawing from the more recent cinematic Batverse, there will be references to every iteration of these characters! If you like Batman and jokes about the richest orphan in literature DO NOT MISS THIS ONE!!

Headlining this amazing line-up is Blake Hammond 

Blake Hammond is a fat and loud comedian from Cincinnati, Ohio. Blake is a staff writer for the nationally syndicated morning show Bob and Tom. His fat and loud comedy has been put on and he was a featured performer on the 2018 Limestone Comedy Festival and in 2023 was accepted into Skankfest in Las Vegas. Blake has opened for Patton Oswalt, Mark Normand, Kyle Kinane and Doug Stanhope. Most recently, his first fat and loud comedy special titled “Blake 182” was released on YouTube. Lastly, Blake would also like you to follow him on everything @bigradmachine and listen to his podcast Ran So Far with Blake

Spencer Dolmolky

Spencer Domolky is a Cincinnati comedian originally from the Washington DC metro area. Spencer performs all over the Midwest, delighting crowds with his dry, yet playful stage demeanor. He has opened for national headlining acts such as Sam Tallent, Jeremiah Watkins, and Chad Daniels. He is a regular at Go Bananas Comedy Club and was a finalist in the 2022 and 2023 Funniest Person in Cincinnati competitions.

Samson Shite

Columbus based comic, works at clubs around the country and is frequently on Columbus Don’t Tells. 

Eric Boso 

Eric Boso is a great big giant goof who delivers meticulously crafted one-liners through an unpredictably unhinged character, going from vulnerable to disgusting to political within the same breath. He loves dad jokes and has no children.

Jules Wagner

Jules Wagner is a stand-up comedian originally from Washington, DC, now making waves in Columbus. Starting her comedy journey in 2024, Jules has performed at venues like the Columbus FunnyBone and performed in Don’t Tell Comedy Columbus. She brings a fearless perspective to the stage, tackling topics like trauma and resilience with humor and heart. Through her unique storytelling, she connects with audiences on deep levels while keeping them laughing.

Host - Josh Albert 

Started doing standup in Kansas City where he performed all over including multiple Kansas City don’t tells, recently moved back to Columbus and runs three showcases 

TBD: The Improvised Musical! is a full-length, completely improvised musical based on a title given by you, the audience. Featuring musical improvisers from all over Central Ohio, TBD brings audiences big ensemble numbers, heart-wrenching solos and showstoppers, and of course, moving love songs. Add in a rotating cast of brilliantly talented musicians like Columbus’ very own Counterfeit Madison, Snarls’ Clo White, and Stefan Farrenkopf of The Everlasting Happiness, and you have a show that fans are calling “pure magic.”

This show is held at Natalie’s in Grandview.

She is the co-host of the hit podcast 'I'm Fine, It's Fine' and has worked with Comedians like Fortune Feimster, Tim Meadows, Dave Attell and more. Feature Bridjet Mendy is a standup comedian from Columbus, Ohio. Using personal experience through a child-of-immigrants lense, Bridjet’s style is quirky, story driven and self-deprecating in a fun, zelennial way. Her delivery and wit are dry, but never dull. She always has snacks in her purse. She has performed at Middle Ground Festival, Don’t Tell Columbus, Secret Society, The FunnyBone, The Detroit Women of Comedy Festival, Fountain City Comedy Festival and more. She is a cast member at The Nest Theatre and Hashtag Comedy.

Host Hannah Romes is a standup comedian, improviser and sketch writer based out of Columbus, Ohio. She now performs and produces standup, improv and sketch shows throughout the state, and is the co-owner of Hashtag Comedy Company, an improv theatre and standup club in Columbus’s Art District. Hannah is known for her eccentric, dynamic performances and story-based standup comedy. She includes physicality in all her live performances because her gym membership got too expensive.
